Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass vials and bottles are securely padded.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
